Sometimes, the assassin does not appear at this location, which can be confusing. If you do not see the target, head northeast to Imperial Testing Station 163. I found the assassin here, even when the map showed a different spot.

How to Eliminate the Maas Kharet Assassin in Dune Awakening
When you reach the Imperial Testing Station 163, go inside and look for a spiral staircase in the center. Go down the stairs and enter the lower rooms.
You will find the Maas Kharet Assassin waiting with a group of enemies. The fight can get tough if you rush in, so take your time and clear out the smaller enemies first.
What to Do If the Assassin Is Missing
Sometimes, the Maas Kharet Assassin does not spawn right away. This can happen if another player has just defeated the boss.
The respawn time can be up to two hours, so you may need to wait or try switching servers. If you still cannot find the target, check both Testing Station 71 and 163.
When you eliminate the Maas Kharet Assassin in Dune Awakening, look for a chest behind the room where you found the assassin. Open the chest to get rewards, like Thufir’s Best sniper rifle and other items.
