The Sixth Trial of AQL location is inside a place called Devil’s Eye Cavern. This cavern is in the far upper right part of the Jabal Eifrit Al-Sharq area on the map. It is far from the main towns, so you need to travel a long way. Using a car or bike will help you get there faster.
The cavern is near the place where you meet the Swordmaster Trainer. If you have that quest, you can do both at the same time.
