After chatting with Issa and Stolos, you need to follow the path south.

  • From the Enclave waypoint, take the road on the right side heading down.
  • Keep going past the enclave part where refugees are staying.
  • Look for the second narrow path going down into a grassy swamp area.
  • Along this swamp path, you will find two cow carcasses killed by Ichthians, which you can ignore.
  • Continuing through the swamp, you will find the three surviving missing cows standing together.

Take the cows back to the Enclave and chat with Issa and Stolos to complete the quest. When you return the cows, you’ll get around 3,962 experience points.
