Constable Richard, who is very popular among Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater fans, stands out as a secret skater in THPS 3+4. He is the UK version of Officer Dick and is played by Jack Black. To unlock him, you must collect all 19 Panda Plushies hidden throughout the game’s stages. In this guide, I’ll show you how to unlock Constable Richard and where to find every panda plushie. Constable Richard Unlock Requirements
To unlock Constable Richard in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4:
- Collect all 19 Panda Plushies hidden across every map in the game.
- Once you have all the plushies, visit the Secret Shop and purchase Constable Richard for 5,000 Skater Bucks.

Where to Find Hidden Panda Plushies
To unlock Constable Richard (Officer Dick), you need to find all 19 Panda Plushies hidden in the game. Each level has one plushie hidden in a special spot. Here is where to find them:
#1. Foundry Panda Plushie
The panda plushie in Foundry is on the top floor, far left corner, near some pipes. It’s above the vat of hot metal. Jump on the quarter pipe to your left and look in the corner to find it.
#2. Canada Panda Plushie
The Canada panda plushie is behind the big tree in the middle of the circular ramp. You will find it on top of the round ramp near where you spawn. Just go up the ramp and look near the tree to grab the plushie.
#3. Rio Panda Plushie
The Rio panda plushie is next to the fountain in the far right corner. After you spawn, go right and look for the fountain. The plushie hides in the bushes.
#4. Suburbia Panda Plushie
The Suburbia panda plushie is in a secret skatepark that opens after you give the axe to the Thin Man. To get it, grind the edge of the quarter pipe, then jump onto the wall behind it. The plushie is there.
#5. Airport Panda Plushie
The Airport panda plushie is behind the big Departures screen at Gate C2, near the Tokyo flight sign. Grind the rail above and drop down behind the screen to get it.
#6. Skater Island Panda Plushie
The Skater Island panda plushie is behind a small boat on the beach, close to the pirate ship.
#7. Los Angeles Panda Plushie
The Los Angeles panda plushie is under some grates on the far side of the map. Grind the “They’re Grate” rail to open the grates, then drop down to find the plushie.
#8. Tokyo Panda Plushie
To get the Tokyo panda plushie, grind the wall left of the spawn to drop a big coin. This opens a hidden skatepark. Enter this new secret area, drop into the bowl on the right, and then follow the ledge around the concrete tube to find the plushie.
#9. Cruise Ship Panda Plushie
The Cruise Ship panda plushie is on the left side of the ship, in a bed of bushes and flowers near the 808 Stunt Gauntlet.
#10. College Panda Plushie
The College panda plushie is on the roof of the Yeti building, just right of the spawn point. To reach it, grind the blue and orange awning accessible from the frat kids’ area or the parking garage.
#11. San Francisco Panda Plushie
The San Francisco panda plushie is on top of a Pier 12 building with a quarter pipe, between two vents.
#12. Movie Studio Panda Plushie
The Movie Studio panda plushie is near a door under the big Studio 34 sign. To get it, spine transfer into the greenscreen bowl left of the spawn, then grind the nearby rail across to the plushie.
#13. Alcatraz Panda Plushie
The Alcatraz panda plushie is on top of the tall smokestack. Go up to the roof of the cellblock, grind a rail to the water tower, and jump onto the smokestack to get the plushie.
#14. Water Park Panda Plushie
The Water Park panda plushie is on a small ledge near the castle wall. Go to the right side of the slide at the spawn point. Jump over the right gate, grind along the top edge, and you’ll find it just to the right of the big red bucket.
#15. Kona Panda Plushie
The Kona panda plushie is along the outside fence, behind some trees near a small quarter pipe and a garbage bag.
#16. Shipyard Panda Plushie
The Shipyard panda plushie is on the top floor near the big yellow crane by the shipping containers where you spawn. Take the elevator to the center building’s roof, jump to the next roof, then cross walkways and jump over yellow railings to reach it.
#17. London Panda Plushie
The London panda plushie is inside a parking garage to the left of where you spawn, near some trash bags and a dustbin.
#18. Zoo Panda Plushie
The Zoo panda plushie is found on a small ledge to the left of the wall that blocks the cage. To get there, use a vert ramp to climb the wall, then grind left onto a platform near the cage’s edge where the plushie is located.
#19. Pinball Panda Plushie
The Pinball panda plushie is hidden behind a billboard on a raised platform right in front of where you spawn. Use the starting booster to wall ride up, then grind along the platform’s edge to reach it
After you collect all 19 Panda Plushies, go to the Secret Shop. The shop will now offer Constable Richard for 5,000 Skater Bucks. Buy him to add him to your skater list. Now you can play as Constable Richard in any level.
Constable Richard (Officer Dick) Stats
Constable Richard starts with all stats at their maximum.
- Three Special Moves:
- Assume the Position
- The Salute
- Lazy A Grind
- Extra Outfit: Unlock a classic Officer Dick look.
- Unique Board: Comes with a special skateboard design.
- Special Tricks: These moves can be equipped to your Create-A-Skater.
This is the only way to unlock Constable Richard/Officer Dick in the game; he is not available for direct purchase or through other challenges.
