This challenge is pretty easy, but it feels like a small puzzle since you might not know exactly what to do at first. Many players get stuck trying to figure out how to soak the foreman in the Foundry level. This guide will show you how to do it easily.

First, you need to find the foreman. Here’s how you can do it. Start your run by heading down the main ramp. Turn right as you reach the open area.

Find the path that takes you up to the second level. Take the ramp there, and you will arrive at the water storage area. You will spot a man wearing a red tie standing near a pool of water. This is the foremen you need to soak for the challenge.

How to Soak the Foreman in Foundry

You can’t just push the foreman into the water. If you try skating behind him, he will only stagger a little and show signs of frustration, but he won’t fall in. To actually get the foreman soaked, you need to focus on the yellow railings located right behind him.

Approach these railings by skating toward them, then jump onto the rails and start grinding. Grinding these railings will trigger a control panel that activates a crane pulley system.

Once activated, a metal hook swings out and knocks the foreman off his feet, sending him falling into the pool of water below. This is the only way to complete the Soak the Foreman challenge in Foundry.
