Where to Find the Qrko Egg
To get Qrko as a pet, you first need to find the Questing Beast Egg. Go to the eastern side of the Horns of the South area. Walk along the coast until you see the Shrine of the Forgotten God.
The shrine is hidden, but a path with red trees will help you find it. Look for the gate with torches on both sides.
Go inside the shrine and follow the path straight ahead. You will come to the Lair of the Beast Cave. Stay on the path to your right. Go inside the cave and explore the area.
You will see a large beast on the ground. Behind the beast, you will find a nest with a special egg. This is the Questing Beast Egg, which will become Qrko.
How to Carry the Egg
After you pick up the egg, you need to keep it in your inventory. The egg will not hatch right away. You need to walk 5,000 steps to make the egg ready to hatch.
You can check your progress by looking at the egg’s description in your inventory. If you put the egg in storage, your steps will not count. Make sure you keep the egg with you at all times until you reach the step goal.
How to Hatch Egg
Once you have walked the full 5,000 steps. Go to any campfire in the game. Sit down and rest. When you do this, you will see a short cut scene where the egg hatches. Qrko will pop out and become your new pet. This is a fun moment, and you will get an achievement called “New Friend” when it happens.
