Why Sliding Isn’t Available in FragPunk

Only Axon can slide because he has a special ability called Darkslide. This helps him move quickly while sprinting. Sometimes, if the Frozen Wasteland card is used, everyone can slide for a little while because the ground turns icy.
The game doesn’t let everyone slide because the developers want players to focus on strategy, not just fast movement.
How to Slide in FragPunk
Axon is the only hero who can slide naturally with his Darkslide power. To get Axon, play matches and earn your first statue reward. Once you unlock him, press the crouch button while running to slide a short distance.
Axon’s slide is quick but not as smooth as sliding in games like Apex Legends. Use his slide to jump around corners or hide from bullets. Mix his slide with his Electric Guitar shotgun attack to surprise enemies up close.
Use the Frozen Wasteland Card for Team Slides
The Frozen Wasteland card lets everyone on your team slide. Collect Shards by getting kills, helping teammates, or finding them in matches.
Pick this card when choosing your powers to turn the ground icy. When the card is active, crouch to slide on the ice while running.
This works for all heroes, not just Axon. Slide to escape danger or rush enemies fast. Team up with friends to use this card with other powers like Ricochet for fast and crazy fights.
