In Chrono Odyssey the Chronogate gives your Chronotector new powers, including the chance to summon bosses you have beaten. This guide will show you where to find all 4 Chronogate locations in Chrono Odyssey, help you unlock new powers for your Chronotector, and make it easy to call bosses you have beaten.
Where to Find Chronogate Locations in Chrono Odyssey
There are four Chronogates in Chrono Odyssey. Each one is in a different place and has its own way to get inside. You do not need to visit them in any set order. You can take your time and explore each Chronogate when you reach it.
The First Chronogate: Hidden in the Waterfall Cave
The first Chronogate is the easiest to find because the game points you in the right direction. The map might show a marker near the top, but you need to head down into a ravine.
Look for a tunnel entrance hidden behind a waterfall. To find it, look for a tunnel with statues in front that look like they are holding swords.
Walk through the tunnel cave until you find a big open chamber in the back. There is a marking on top of a rock. Walk up to it and interact to enter the first Chronogate.
The Second Chronogate: Jump into the Monument Hole
The second Chronogate is near a big monument. It has a large hole in the middle. You need to jump into this hole.
This will teleport you to the second Chronogate room. Here, you will fight the Earthbreaker boss. This place is easy to find if you look for the big monument.
The Third Chronogate: Find the Lever in the Ruins
The third Chronogate is near the second one and can be found inside some old ruins in Soroma Stronghold. Head to the main building at the back of the ruins.
On the right side of the room, you will see a lever. Pull this lever to open a trapdoor in the floor.
Drop down through the trapdoor to reach the third Chronogate. This spot can be easy to miss if you do not check the right side of the room for the lever.
The Fourth Chronogate: Statue in the Southeast
The last Chronogate is in the bottom right corner of the map. As you walk up, a short cinematic will play. Approach the statue and inspect it.
Your character will interact with some blood at the base. Dark tendrils will come out, and you will be moved to the last Chronogate. Here, you will fight the boss Arsenalith.
What You Get from Each Chronogate
Each Chronogate you finish gives your Chronotector new powers and effects. You can also summon bosses you have already beaten to help you in fights.
There is no main story pushing you to hurry, so you can take your time and enjoy finding each Chronogate.
