Unlocking the Red Death Skill Tree in Tainted Grail gives your character great new skills. One side of the tree makes your attack power higher. The other side gives you a “cheat death” skill that protects you from dying and blocks damage over 50% of your health.
First, go to the second map called Connacht. Find the hospital in the main city. Inside the hospital, you will meet a patient named Ignatius. Talk to him to start the Cirendi et Cadaver quest. This means “just like a corpse” in Latin.
Meet The One at the Toll House
After talking to Ignatius, go east to a big castle called the Toll House. The castle is full of infected enemies, so be ready to fight. Climb to the top of the castle and find an elevator.
Sometimes the elevator does not work. If that happens, leave and come back to fix it. Take the elevator down to meet a person called The One.
The One will ask you to give the mark of the plague to two people. The first is Yuna, who lives in the infected part of town. Help Yuna with her side quest before marking her. The second person is Ignatius in the hospital.
How To Unlock the Red Death Skill Tree in Tainted Grail
After you give the mark to Yuna and Ignatius, go back to The One. Use the last mark of death on him. This will send you to a strange, bloody place the Asylum. Here, you will fight a boss called the Plague Wraith.
After you beat the Plague Wraith, you will meet a character tied to the story. Then, you will return to the Toll House. When you come back to the Toll House, you will get your reward. You will unlock the Red Death skill tree and get the Prophet armor set.
